Subject: Possible help for your Mac and digital photo links

Hi, Woody,

Is the green light on the power plug? If not this might be the
problem.

Something like this happened to me after a couple of years of use.
The wire that plugs into the mac from the power bent and broke
internally, which meant the mac no longer got the needed juice. My
husband used electrical tape to straighten it back out and thus
regain its connection. Its worked fine now for a couple more years.
My problem is I put it in my bag with a box of strawberries that
leaked, now my screen has some weird streaks on it.

Here are some wow lesson sites for Photoshop that I got while taking
a free HP class on Advanced Photoshop CS.

http://www.planetphotoshop.com/tutorials.html (basics of photography
and digital manipulation)
http://www.sketchpad.net/photoshp.htm (also drawing, animation, etc)
http://www.photoshopcafe.com/tutorials.htm (the coolest for kids
includes anime stuff.)
http://www.russellbrown.com/tips_tech.html (direct from apple and
art directors on the big teams)

http://h30240.www3.hp.com/index.jsp (free classes from HP)

http://www.photokaboom.com/photography/learn/ebooks/PATH/
38_back_to_you_why_introduction.htm
(great downloadable book on the art of becoming a photographer)( hold
mouse over writing to see chapters)
