Pablita was also the mother of the late Helen Hardin, an artist whose
work I really admire (and am the proud owner of one of her etchings).
Helen's daughter Margarete Bagshaw-Tindel is also an artist. Pablita's
work was of the flat, stylized type we often think of as "traditional"
Indian painting, which was heavily influenced by Dorothy Dunn. I had no
idea she had lived this long.
